Job Purpose:

Managing all aspects of the day to day Inter-Company Receivable Accounts, ensuring debts are collected and transactions are recorded in a timely and compliant manner.

Responsibilities:

-
Processing manual debits & credits to countries in line with SLA's, ensuring correct VAT treatment
-
Collecting debt within terms, and chasing non-payment
-
Preparing, posting & Reporting Month end Inter-Company Accounts Payable Accruals & Accounts Receivable
-
Liaising with other areas of the business to resolve invoice/credit note queries with timely escalation where required
-
Allocation of cash receipts from other TD SYNNEX entities
-
Create and post accurate financial documents to record transactions
-
Manage and maintain positive and productive stakeholder relationships across all relevant TD SYNNEX Worldwide entities to ensure a high level of service

Own and manage through to completion any hoc projects as defined by the business.

Prepare the MEC BL tasks.

Perform different type of tasks for Month-end, quarter end, and year end closing

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
-
Strong Analytical and Numerical skills and the ability to think logically

Ability to be
proactive and resolve issues under own initiative
Able to priorities and work effectively in time pressured situations ensuring deadlines are met

Able to communicate clearly and confidently
-
Strong IT skills particularly
Excel. Knowledge of
SAP preferred but not essential
