Scope of Position
Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the Air Import Department.


Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Shipment management from origin to destination.
  • Incoterms knowledge.
  • Adherence to internal procedures
  • Data entry into our proprietary operating system
  • Interact with our customers in order to assure an optimal service.
  • Prepare the required documentation for international transportation.
  • Receive and update shipment status in a timely manner; issue shipment arrival notices.
  • Trace and track all inbound shipments.

Requisitos:


  • High school education (Economics or Logistics)
  • Experience preferable


  • Computer literate

  • MS Office
  • Communicative command of English daily use
  • Communicative skills, flexibility, teamwork
  • Technical background is advantage
  • Pleasant appearance, reliable and accurate person
  • Able to work independently
  • Teamwork and active attitude
  • Have permission to work in the European Union.
