JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ownership of the coordination and management of the Customer Personas Framework to ensure:

  • Adoption of use of Customer Personas in Customer Segments where Personas have already been defined (Retail, Large Chains, Tour Operators)
  • Definition of a KPIs model guaranteeing alignment between several functions: Product Management, Commercial Frontline, Marketing, Strategy, Operations and Data.
  • Engage key stakeholders across different functions to ensure understanding of the personas in each customer segment is aligned and embedded in BAU / ways of working.
  • Coordinate any dependencies (eg. Capturing data in Salesforce, updating contacts, etc) to better embed Customer Personas in BAU or feedback loops.
Provide monthly project evolution reporting at key company forums & insights for decision on expansion into additional

Provide support to key stakeholders to ensure KPIs are reported monthly in MBRs (Delivery MBR, Commercial MBR)


Provide support in the expansion of framework to new customer segments to maximize on best practices & gain speed in definition and adoption of Customer Personas.


Position skills:

  • Relevant business degree, or equivalent
  • Selfstarted, selfmotivated, selforganized person
  • High levels of communication and adaptability to all levels/layers
  • Influencing and change management skills
  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
  • An agile mindset with the ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic business environment with crossfunctional teams
  • Previous experience supporting XXXXXXXXX
  • Strong Ms Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Key Challenges:
  • Dependency with other teams to get the work done
  • Changes and volatility in the business, due to ongoing industry instability and uncertainty post COVID
  • High time pressure with sometimes limited availability of resources to execute key innovation projects & initiatives
