**Context And Mission**Key Duties
- Health & Safety:
- Provide support with the Health & Safety documentation for the cooperation of external companies and personnel.
- Collaborate in the management of spaces and Hotdesk system.
- Assist in risk evaluations: ergonomics, wellbeing and safety.
- Assist in the health surveillance management, including medical checkups and health promotion actions.
- Other tasks related to Health&Safety.
- Personnel Administration:
- Review and approve/decline employee requests such as personal information updates and bank account changes.
- Manage, scan, and archive working contracts and other documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, enhancing your adaptability and skill set.
