- Serve as the initial point of contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, support tool, or in person.
- Provide efficient customer support and resolve technical issues, collaborating with internal customers to verify issue resolution.
- Proactively follow up with customers or team members to ensure successful solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile phones, tablets, and remote access issues.
- Document progress during issue resolution and solutions for reference.
- Maintain technical documentation and service catalog for software installation, hardware configuration, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Manage inventory and securely dispose of decommissioned data storage devices.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Linux OS, Office365, and Organizational Applications.
- Team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback.
- Advanced Vocational Training in Administration of Networked Computer Systems.
- First Certificate in English or B2 level.
