Mission:

Provide support in ESG management in Corporate Sourcing and evaluation of

- suppliers inside
GLOBAL PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT.**
Your responsibilities:Support the ESG team in monitoring and managing the evaluation of
- suppliers.

Management, analysis and monitoring of ESG data from suppliers.
Implementation and monitoring of the strategy to achieve annual

- targets.

Quantification of environmental impacts, carbon footprint and energy

- efficiency opportunities at suppliers.

Development and monitoring of climate change, water and biodiversity

- strategies in suppliers.

Support in writing the procurement section of the annual integrated

- report.

Management of signatures of the Supplier Code of Ethics.
Management of Audits and evaluation of ESG of Suppliers
Follow up of nonconformities at suppliers
Participate in the preparation and monitoring of Corporate Sourcing

KPIs

Data management in the classification of suppliers and Items
Support in procurement tools management
To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following:

High level of English, both oral and written.- Communication and Training- Ability to work in a team and to manage simultaneous projects in a constantly changing environment.- Knowledge of carbon footprint management (scopes 1, 2, and 3): calculation, analysis, tendency and deviation detection.

Be able to design strategies to reduce it in an industrial/manufacturing environment.- Solid knowledge of business sustainability (ESG)- Data management skills and advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office products- Knowledge of supplier audit and evaluation processes- At Fluidra, we are committed to both the professional and personal development of our employees.
