Our opportunity
We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager to support our exciting transformation program.

In this role, you will support and oversee project phases and initiatives from concept, implementation though to production.


We are seeking a motivated team member to join our European team that has solution orientation, who is a creative thinker, someone who leads from the front and someone who can collaborate with stakeholders and customers throughout our cross-functional, multi-jurisdiction implementation.

Project Manager

your main responsibilities will involve:

To support the Project Director and Product Owner with tasks as follows:


  • Project management support:
  • Assisting with the definition of project goals, objectives, and scope for future phases of the Program.
  • Identify, monitor, and report risks, issues, and dependencies in line with the program's objectives.
  • Maintain and provide input into change requests, stakeholder maps and planning documents.
  • Coordinate the lessons learnt database and provide general support to the Core Team e.g., steering committee administration, coordination of project resources and supporting project workshops.
  • Change management support**:
  • Support the Change Manager with the coordination of change management activities, communication plans and business readiness preparation / execution.
  • Assist with training and be a conduit between the customer and the change management forum.

Your Skills and Experience

As a Project Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • At least 5 years of experience in project / change management.
  • Experience working with interdepartmental teams.
  • Business degree in business, economics, finance, or equivalent education.
  • Project certificate degree preferred.
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS Power Point skills.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical skills and solution orientation.
  • Open to change, ability to focus on priorities, timely and effective work execution and able to work independently but inform on progress.
  • Good communication skills in a business environment.
  • Strong organization and coordination skills.
  • Strong interest to improve / automate processes.
