- Dirigir y gestionar el proceso de planificación empresarial para la unidad de negocio sobre una base anual que abarque un período de 3 años según la política de la empresa y de acuerdo con las directrices establecidas.
- Garantizar que todos los retos, riesgos y oportunidades se identifican y documentan adecuadamente durante el ciclo de preparación del plan de negocio, así como los planes de acción de mitigación, correctivos o de desarrollo.
- Organizar la transformación en cascada de la estrategia de la unidad de negocio en objetivos e iniciativas tangibles para garantizar la alineación de la organización y las partes interesadas con los retos y objetivos del plan de negocio.
- Supervisar y controlar el rendimiento de la unidad de negocio a lo largo de toda la cadena de valor y garantizar que la actividad se desarrolla según lo previsto.
- Preparar informes mensuales que incluyan una perspectiva de control financiero actualizada (de acuerdo con las prácticas de la empresa), garantizando que los informes financieros sean precisos y pertinentes.
- Proponer cualquier cambio en el modelo de gobernanza que pueda contribuir positivamente a mejorar la eficacia del proceso de toma de decisiones.
- Coordinar, consultar y asesorar a la dirección de la unidad de negocio para garantizar una comprensión adecuada de los factores de coste y los impulsores relacionados con la rentabilidad y aplicar proyecciones empresariales sólidas para las necesidades futuras.
- Garantizar la aplicación de las normas y mejores prácticas, teniendo en cuenta la relación coste-beneficio, en los procesos, procedimientos, políticas, herramientas y documentación.
- Trabajarás en el control financiero de 5 filiales ubicadas en Europa que representan 250 millones de facturación y más de 1.200 empleados.
- Tendrás horario flexible y un modelo híbrido para que puedas conciliar tu vida personal y profesional.
- Contrato indefinido directamente con cliente final.
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en contabilidad y finanzas para empresas industriales o en auditoría/consultoría para empresas industriales.
- Inglés alto (nivel B2 mínimo).
- Disponibilidad para viajar el 50% del tiempo (filiales ubicadas en Europa).
