As growth manager, you are part of the Marketing team and you are in charge of the lead generation and growth hacking strategies of the company.

Working closely with the Sales team and Recruitment team, you optimize, test, learn, automate and develop the efficiency of our conversion funnel and our inbound strategy through several channels.

You are also the keystone of the adoption and the use of our CRM.


Responsabilities:


  • Participate in the definition and implementation of Ekkiden's lead generation strategy and management (webinar, ebook, CTA, form, scoring, nurturing, landing page ) in line with the other teams and business priorities, in collaboration with the rest of the marketing team and under the supervision of the Head of Marketing and Communication.
  • Develop effective lead scoring, campaigns, and automated actions to qualify the leads and convert them to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL)
  • Support the Sales team in the transformation of MQL to Sales Qualified Leads and Recruitment Qualified Leads (nurturing, scoring, campaigns creation, optimization )
  • Support the Sale team and the Recruitment team in the automatization and optimization of their part of the conversion funnel
  • Work hand in hand with the Content and Social Media Manager to optimise Ekkiden's lead generation strategy
  • Lead the implementation of the new version of our CRM with an external provider, guarantee its use by all the teams and propose regular optimisation
  • Automate and improve all actions of the lead generation and qualification strategy through our HubSpot CRM and improve it
  • Measure the efficiency of each action through regular reporting and make proposals to optimise it
  • Participate in the construction of the inbound section on our new website
  • Optimize our funnel of conversion and our inbound strategy (business and recruitment)
  • Develop, A/B test and optimize all our conversion points as well as the journeys leading to them
  • Regularly launch and analyze new online acquisition tests to grow and improve the acquisition of leads and qualification of our audience through several channels (social media, landing pages, ads, SEA )

What we are looking for:


  • You have a passion for growth management and marketing/sales challenges, particularly in terms of copywriting, conversion and automation
  • You have a basic knowledge of acquisition and lead generation, acquired through your various experiences or projects
  • You are a copywriter at heart and like clear, rhythmic sentences that sound good. You know how to capture the attention of your readers and you write to convince and impact your target audience
  • You test, analyse and constantly optimise the results of your campaigns
  • You have knowledge around marketing automation & CRM tools
  • Passionate about new technologies, entrepreneurship, and selfdevelopment, comfortable with CRM, MQLs & SQLs, API connections, copywriting and automation tools
  • You are able to adapt your campaigns to your targets according to precise objectives and to measure their success
  • You are known for your autonomy, your discipline, your creativity and your datadriven mindset
  • You like to work in a team and particularly appreciate collaborating with other teams than your own
  • You are able to evolve in an international environment where English is predominant
