The
Services Delivery Senior Manager leads the Operations and Delivery of Services, Non-Product Projects and Time & Material technical support in several insurance customers in Spain.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a large program of services, projects and T&M, managing direct reports of team leaders with total organization of more than 50 people.
- Supporting business development, assuring customer engagement with the quality of our service, and identifying new opportunities to expand the customer relationship beyond the existing projects.
- Owning the program delivery to the client, with goals for customer satisfaction, revenue, profitability, deadlines, and risk management.
- Liaising with stakeholders, including Clevel executives of the client, to understand program requirements, deliverables, expectations, and resolve conflicts and misalignment issues.
- Collaborating with PMO and Finance teams to ensure the client offering and resource plans are aligned with forecast and P&L.
- Reviewing and validating new offers and renewals key parameters (scope, resources, planning, profitability).
Requirements:
- Experience in leading team managers, providing coaching and mentoring and recruiting/replacing as needed.
- Experience with all aspects of project management practices including use of Microsoft Project or Sciforma.
- A strong business orientation: experience of direct interaction with customers.
- A history of delivering projects and meeting requirements on schedule and on budget.
- Experienced in working in a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate well with peers as well as customers.
- Several years background in the Insurance business.
- Clear oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Solid technical aptitude.
