The
Services Delivery Senior Manager leads the Operations and Delivery of Services, Non-Product Projects and Time & Material technical support in several insurance customers in Spain.

He/she leads and coordinates several technological teams supporting and empowering their team managers to achieve business objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Leading a large program of services, projects and T&M, managing direct reports of team leaders with total organization of more than 50 people.
  • Supporting business development, assuring customer engagement with the quality of our service, and identifying new opportunities to expand the customer relationship beyond the existing projects.
  • Owning the program delivery to the client, with goals for customer satisfaction, revenue, profitability, deadlines, and risk management.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including Clevel executives of the client, to understand program requirements, deliverables, expectations, and resolve conflicts and misalignment issues.
  • Collaborating with PMO and Finance teams to ensure the client offering and resource plans are aligned with forecast and P&L.
  • Reviewing and validating new offers and renewals key parameters (scope, resources, planning, profitability).

Requirements:


  • Experience in leading team managers, providing coaching and mentoring and recruiting/replacing as needed.
  • Experience with all aspects of project management practices including use of Microsoft Project or Sciforma.
  • A strong business orientation: experience of direct interaction with customers.
  • A history of delivering projects and meeting requirements on schedule and on budget.
  • Experienced in working in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate well with peers as well as customers.
  • Several years background in the Insurance business.
  • Clear oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Solid technical aptitude.
