International Patient Service Team to learn and grow through active collaboration with us and the countries across the world.

Training through practical experience:


Main Project:

The intern will have the opportunity to learn and grow by assisting in the follow-up of our long-term digital roadmap


This includes:
Supporting the rollout of our website across different countries. This task will be performed under the supervision of our experienced team members, providing a rich learning experience.

Collaborating with the team in the transition of the website into a comprehensive patient engagement platform. This will involve practical hands-on learning about user engagement strategies and digital platform management.


Assisting in the set-up considerations for a data management system will provide the intern with valuable insights into the rules and regulations needed to be followed in the pharma industry when it comes to patient data management and its importance in the digital world.


Participating in the analysis of patient/caregivers needs, work as well on the reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of digital solutions to contribute to the design/ improvements of user-friendly digital tools.

Contributing with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for new digital initiatives.

Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in patient services and digital solutions.


Additional Projects:


In addition to the main project, the intern will also have the chance to support other patient services digital initiatives.

These projects will first be evaluated together with the intern, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive environment. Examples of these initiatives could include setting up a Patient Services Program (PSP) YouTube channel, among others possible initiatives.


This internship position is designed with a strong focus on learning and development, and all tasks will be carried out under the guidance and supervision of our dedicated team.

We believe in empowering our interns by involving them in meaningful projects and providing them with the support they need to succeed.


Requirements:


Digital Background:

The intern should have a solid understanding of digital technologies, tools, and platforms. This foundational knowledge will be crucial in navigating the digital aspects of the role.

Familiarity with web development, user experience (UX) design, and digital project management would be advantageous. These skills will enable the intern to contribute effectively to our digital initiatives.


Interest in the Medical Field:

A genuine curiosity about healthcare and the medical domain is essential. This interest will drive the intern's engagement with our work and their understanding of our goals.

While not mandatory, any prior exposure to healthcare processes, data privacy, and patient care would be beneficial. This experience could provide valuable context for the intern's work.


Passion for Patient User Experience (UX):

The intern will actively contribute to patient services, so an interest in creating seamless and user-friendly experiences for patients is crucial.

This passion will guide the intern's approach to their work.


Understanding how patients interact with digital platforms and tailoring solutions to meet their needs is a key aspect of this role.

This understanding will inform the intern's contributions to our patient services.


Program management skills are also important as they will help in organizing and managing the various tasks and projects the intern will be involved in.
