BCN3D Technologies_, placed in Gavà (Barcelona), is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team.

WHAT DO WE DO?_

At BCN3D we design, manufacture and sell top-quality desktop-sized FFF 3D printers worldwide.

We aim to help innovators and creative minds to change the world, providing them with the best possible experience to materialize their unique ideas.

RESPONSIBILITIES_

50% Support content in German

BCN3D support team is focused on creating all the necessary content and documentation to reduce the learning curve of our customers. We have to provide them with all the required information to let them understand the 3D printing workflow and take the most out of their printers.

Translate into German all the machine documentation (Quick start guide, User guide, Instructional videos, etc.)
Generate new content in German, able to help users to understand our products and their new features: Articles, User Guides and Shooting sessions for video explanations.

50% Assist and provide support to a specific portfolio of German clients.

We have to manage the customers' issues and help them solve any question they may have. It will not represent a big volume of your daily work, but it will be a really important part of your responsibilities._

Follow the support user journey
Provide a reliable service with correct communication and representing the voice of BCN3D
Take useful data from this interaction
Enhance the use of our products when possible (recurrent sales and others)
Online trainings with our clients

THE SKILL SET_

German: Good command, is a must: spoken and very important written.
Excellent communication both verbal and written

- and interpersonal skills.

Positive, passionate, driven, and ready to take on any challenge.
Ability to work under pressure.
Masterfully prioritize and manage time sensitive tasks.
Bonus skill: Experience in 3D printing.
