This is an exciting opportunity within the new Digital Transversal Products & Services organization that is designed to deliver core products & services for the entire division.

You will be part of a highly performing team that delivers collaboration solutions for the various programmes and functions throughout the division.

The Service Manager CWE FCAS will specifically focus on the service management and support for the Common Working Environment for FCAS.

FCAS has the potential to become a future key pillar to secure the sovereignty of Europe, strategically, technologically, and industrially With Spain joining the Franco-German cooperation, the program took an important step towards its Europeanization.


As FCAS is much more than just a new Fighter, but an integrated & combined system-of-system including existing and future platforms and tools, the program will integrate a wide range of the Airbus DS portfolio and competencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Definition of services in close collaboration with the process responsible.
  • Ensuring of the customer satisfaction in regards of the services, products and service support.
  • Identifying opportunities to offer new services, products and service support.
  • Acting as contact person for all customers within the Common Working Environment.
  • Performing performance reviews.
  • Support in case of escalations, finding a solution and carrying out the necessary steps to maintain a trusting cooperation.
  • Monitoring of the service quality based on existing or to be created SLAs.

SKILLS

  • Strong competence in agile methods for smooth cooperation with the business.
  • Use of JIRA & Confluence is necessary.
  • Contract experience in DevOps, Infrastructure knowledge is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in service management.
  • 5 years of stakeholder management experience due to complex organizational structures.
  • 3 years' experience in cost control of service budget and licenses.
  • 3 years of project management experience, agile and waterfall methods
  • English negotiation level required. Other languages German / French / Spanish is a plus.
