Responsibilities

Support activities to the Programs of Airbus Space Systems Spain, performing tasks of preparation of reports and analysis of business data to facilitate decision making ("data analytics" and "visual management" reports).
Program Coordination and Communication.
Communication Plan Followup.
Elaboration of Airbus Espacio España Magazine.
Analysis and exploitation of program data and KPIs.
Preparation of data for visual representation that facilitates decision making.
Preparation of information, documentation of Programs.
Backup for C&B management of Subcontracting in Programs.
Preparation of dossiers for Airbus DS corporation.
Shared documentation management of Programs.
Support preparation of information work sessions, training and transformation plans.
Preparation of progress reports Programs.

Skills

University degree.
Experience in transversal activities, project management and transnational environments.
Experience in improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of the Space environment.
Stakeholder management.
Team Spirit.
Customer orientation.
English advanced
