We are hiring immediately for an Inside Sales Representative- a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.
What you will do:
The Inside Sales Representative - focus on the new business telephone calls, converting them into opportunities and sales, for new and existing customers.
We're experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience:
- Be customer focused in everything you do.
- Manage customer data and use it to improve products and services
- Optimize the processes and resources needed to get things done
- Know how to organize people and activities to deliver synergies and improvements to how we work
- Measure and analyse the right KPIs that drive performance
- Negotiate skilfully in tough situations with both internal and external customers
- Gain customer trust quickly to deliver commercial gains
- Sales process proficiency or prior formal training in a sales process
- Fluency in the Spanish language
