This position sits in the Partner Operations department.

Our Restaurant and Business Partners are one of the most important parts of our marketplace and working with the Partner Operations team means that you will be working on global projects that will contribute towards making Glovo big and beloved amongst our Partner community across the world.


Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will:
  • Manage the global communications calendar and prioritize communications requests from different teams
  • Lead a team of comms specialists and graphic designers
  • Work closely with local teams from across the world from Glovo Headquarters
  • Define processes to effectively manage communications towards internal Stakeholders and external Partners as we scale
  • Measure impact of communication campaigns and drive improvements
  • Take ownership of Work that delivers on both speed and quality. Work smart.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You Have:


  • Degree in business or communications
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Excellent project management skills, well organized
  • Great attention to detail
  • Team player attitude, proactive and oriented to deliver results mindset
  • Comfortable dealing with high growth, complex business challenges and ambiguity
  • Excel and MS Office knowledge is a must
  • Fluency in English (Proficiency). Other European languages are a plus (Spanish).
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
  • Previous team management experience is a plus
  • HTML and Adobe Photoshop are a plus
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
