Key Action Areas:

The Project Manager will assume responsibility for multiple department activities, which may include some of the following:

Help with the organization and execution of growth and impact initiatives such as:
IE Graduation Ceremonies
IE Welcome event
South Summit
International Venture Days
IE Looking Forward event
IE Podcast
IE-Linkedin Blue Talks
EnlightED
Esports initiatives
IE Humanities week
IE Sustainability week
Help with the ideation and design phase of new high impact initiatives.
Coordinate operational issues with local and international stakeholders (partners, agencies, accelerators, investors, keynote speakers, public organizations ).
Help with the communication and marketing tasks.
Support with the daily management of the administrative tasks.
Assist with internal and interdepartmental coordination tasks, working with faculty and other IE departments to involve them in the different initiatives.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the event planning fields.
Bilingual, or advanced proficiency, in English and Spanish (written & oral).
Outstanding organizational capacity and strong project management skills to provide support on operations, logistics, planning, communication and execution of growth and impact initiatives.
Problemsolving Rockstar.
Deep knowledge of the IE corporate culture and core values.
Creative profile with _outofbox_ thinking skills.
Experience working together with different IE Departments will be a plus.
Great communication skills.
Experience in a corporate setting and seniority to lead meetings with international stakeholders.
Willingness to travel.
International experience and/or working in an international environment.
Experience in the entrepreneurial ecosystem would be a plus.
