The EMEA Sales Strategy and Operations team is a high-performance, results oriented team that values innovation and is chartered with supporting senior sales leadership in driving the business forward.

Salesforce is looking for a Sales Strategy Analyst to support the EMEA organization across our business planning, developing in-depth analyses and building reporting tools to track the performance of the business.

This person will be responsible for generating actionable insights for our sales leaders and will assist on a number of transformational initiatives.

This role is a high impact role that provides great visibility to senior sales leaders across EMEA.

Sample projects range from the strategic to the operational including designing & building new data visualization tools, evaluating market opportunities, business planning, market segmentation, sales pipeline analysis, scale & automation efforts and regular review of key performance metrics.


Your Impact:


  • Assist strategy business partners to execute all steps of Salesforce's GotoMarket strategy in (market segmentation, headcount planning, implementation of rep territories, quota setting).
  • Build tools and dashboards that help stakeholders derive new insights & learnings
  • Lead ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations
  • Design and interpret key performance metrics. Deliver insights & recommendations
  • Find new ways to automate existing processes and drive process improvements
  • Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives
  • Troubleshooting operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems/ processes to fix root causes
  • Prepare analysis and recommendations for strategic decision making

Desired Skills/Experience:


  • Some experience, ideally in management consulting or in business operations for an online / SaaS company, ideally in an analytical and/or business development role.
  • Advanced knowledge of G-Suite (Sheets, Slides). Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and Alation would be a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required, ability to conduct business in another European language is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and creative problemsolving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and a "get things done" attitude to achieve goals in a fastpaced environment.
  • An outgoing, open personality with a clear desire to learn and develop.
