About the job


We are looking for a Regional Sales Training & Project Management Lead EMEA (M/F/d) to build and develop our EMEA onboarding strategy.

The Regional Sales Training and Project Management Lead is a key role responsible for overseeing the training and development of the new employees within the EMEA region.

This role combines sales expertise with project management skills to drive performance improvements, optimize processes, and ensure consistent skill development across the sales team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, execution-focused and customer-oriented individual with strong project management co ordination skills.

The position reports to Head of Commercial Excellence EMEA, with the following main tasks:

This position reports to Head of Commercial Excellence EMEA, based at the Corporate Headquarter in Basel, Switzerland.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Training and Development:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales training curriculum tailored to the needs of the regional sales team.
  • Design training materials, including presentations, guides, and interactive activities, to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars to address sales team's skill gaps and keep them updated with industry trends and product updates.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs.

Project Management:


  • Manage and coordinate various salesrelated projects aimed at improving sales processes, increasing efficiency, and enhancing the overall sales experience.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, and ensure successful execution from initiation to completion.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:


  • Collect and analyze sales performance data, identifying trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on sales team performance, training effectiveness, and project outcomes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis to enhance sales strategies and training initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with sales leaders and managers to align training programs with sales goals and strategies.
  • Partner with HR to integrate training initiatives into the onboarding process for new sales team members.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing and Product Management, to ensure consistent messaging and accurate product knowledge across the sales team.

Continuous Improvement:


  • Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and training methodologies to continually enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Solicit feedback from sales team members and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in training content and delivery.

About you

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading projects, in the dental field preferred
  • Energetic, straightforward and performancedriven with strong execution abilities and customer focus
  • Skillful in communication in a multilingual environment, proficiency in English/Spanish advantage, German, French, Italian is appreciated.
  • Experience in digital sales tools and digital transformation, remote selling, blended learning, sales force.
  • Experience within a marketing, sales, brand management and / or business development framework
