Become part of our Information Systems department as a member of the functional consultants team and develop yourself in a multinational context

As a Functional Consultant for Logistics & Finance resources you will be a partner for the business, providing the most appropriate, secure and innovative technology.

You will be the link with the business and the teams, helping them to design and deploy the necessary tools for the day-to-day work and improving the company's current ERP.

Your role highlights - your responsibilities

You will conduct workshops with business teams to align processes between operations and finance.
You will train in the processes and in the use of the tools under the role of logistics & finance consultant.
You will accompany business users in the transformation process.
You will manage projects
You will lead the construction and design of the technical solution based on the business requirements obtained, with the objective of finding a standard, homogeneous, scalable and sustainable solution
You will give first level support to the users related to your stream and identify improvements in the processes you support
You will be a point of support for the business and key users of your stream
You will collaborate with the technical team, providing the necessary information for the execution of developments and giving the necessary support to ensure that tasks can be executed correctly
You will make good use of internal IT tools (Ticketing System and Project Management System).
You will give attention to the Tickets of your stream
You will manage the suppliers

Technical studies
You are fluent in Spanish and you have a good level of English
Experience in the management and analysis of costs/provisions in multicorporate environments, invoice issuing and reception processes
Experience in integration environments between logistics and financial ERPs
Valuable experience in Dynamics AX2009 and Dynamics 36
Experience managing the implementation of tools: supplier management, project management, user negotiation and change management, training
Knowledge of MS SQL Server
Knowledge of ticket management tools (Pro-Activa, Jira)
Knowledge of project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project)
EndtoEnd process analysis
Knowledge of process modelling tools (MS Visio, Bizagi)
