Associate Director to join its team

We are looking for a person to join a
temporary full-time position based in Madrid - IE Tower.
Responsibilities:
Your role as an Associate Director
will involve:
- Lead the development, implementation, and coordination of the "Family in Business Journey," a journey designed to help family in business students at IE to add value to their families in businesses in the various roles they may play.
- Support ongoing research projects and contribute to academic initiatives within the Center.
- Develop proposals for new courses, programs and initiatives led by the Center.
- Collaborate with the Family Business Club on events and activities for students.
- Enhance the visibility of the Center within the IE ecosystem.
- Foster a sense of community among IE family in business students.
- Promote the Center ́s activities and disseminate its research findings through events, social media, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders within the IE ecosystem to create synergies and improve the overall experience of IE family in business students.
- Identify partnership opportunities with family businesses, industry leaders, and other relevant organizations to support research and enrich the student experience.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications**:
- A Master's degree from a top-ranked university is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree.
- At least 35 years of relevant experience, ideally in the higher education sector.
- Solid communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- International professional experience and exposure to working in multicultural teams.
