Associate Director to join its team

temporary full-time position based in Madrid - IE Tower.

Responsibilities:

Your role as an Associate Director
will involve:

Lead the development, implementation, and coordination of the "Family in Business Journey," a journey designed to help family in business students at IE to add value to their families in businesses in the various roles they may play.
Support ongoing research projects and contribute to academic initiatives within the Center.
Develop proposals for new courses, programs and initiatives led by the Center.
Collaborate with the Family Business Club on events and activities for students.
Enhance the visibility of the Center within the IE ecosystem.
Foster a sense of community among IE family in business students.
Promote the Center ́s activities and disseminate its research findings through events, social media, and other communication channels.
Collaborate with other stakeholders within the IE ecosystem to create synergies and improve the overall experience of IE family in business students.
Identify partnership opportunities with family businesses, industry leaders, and other relevant organizations to support research and enrich the student experience.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications**:

A Master's degree from a top-ranked university is preferred.
A Bachelor's degree.
At least 35 years of relevant experience, ideally in the higher education sector.
Solid communication skills in English and Spanish.
Strong project management capabilities.
Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
Attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
International professional experience and exposure to working in multicultural teams.
