WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
- Research new prospects through various channels (web, LinkedIn, etc)
- Identify, qualify, sort, and track leads
- Explore and document relevant contact information for existing leads/keeping contact information updated
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, decision makers, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
- Exude confidence and selfassuredness
- Create and prioritize target account and contact list, following up with customers to continue relationships
- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals or other corporate documents when and as needed
- Coordinate conversations, meetings and requested deliverables, and reporting with all relevant project team members
- Diligent and considerate followup
- Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
- Utilize company selling tools including documentation of plans and interactions
- Follow strategy set by sales executives on the promising types of new customers including potential champions within them
- Analyze results and creatively consider new approaches that could improve effectiveness
- Work closely with Sales on strategic projects that help drive revenue growth
- Maintain good level of relevant industry knowledge
- Assess and contribute to what's working, and help drive company towards best sales tactics and strategies
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field (Engineering, etc)
- 2+ years demonstrable successful sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce a plus), professional social networks
- Entrepreneurial mindset and rollup
- Passionate about technology, business, and winningmentality
- Sales Experience in one or more of those industries is a plus: Automotive, Energy, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Aerospace & Defense
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (more than one language is a plus, especially Spanish, German, French, Japanese, Arabic, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Dutch, Norwegian, Portuguese)
