The digitalization of our operations is a key part of the success of the Value Based Healthcare strategy being deployed in Air Liquide Healthcare España.


Value Based Health Care consists into:

  • Bringing more value to patients (better quality of life)
  • At optimized costs for the healthcare system in order to ensure its sustainability
You will join a cross functional and cross cultural team of 23 persons. This team was recently created to lead this digitization transformation. The main languages are English and Spanish.

We intend to improve our organization, processes and IT tools in order to allow all Air Liquide Healthcare España's employees to focus on what matters the most:
our patients.


Missions and Responsibilities
You will have a central key role in this digital transformation and be responsible to:

  • During the first phase (called "
    study phase"):
  • Lead / Animate some working sessions
  • Participate to structure key deliverables for the transformation project: gap analysis / target organization / target IT architecture & integration flows / data migration / decommissioning action plan
  • During the second phase (called "
    build phase"):
  • Lead specific parts of this digital transformation project
  • Participate to the design and the testing of the new IT Tool used to take care of more than patients
  • Be a key contributor for change management and build training material for employees
  • Support data migration & integration
  • Prepare transition to "run" phase
  • Support on other aspects of the projects

Competencies and Profile
-
Master's Degree in Engineering background, other relevant fields like General or Operations or Processes or HealthCare are welcome:

  • Very well organized and structured
  • Curious, Motivated and High attention to details
  • Can handle a high level of complexity
  • Fast learner, Capacity to simplify and explain
  • Strong Communication skills: to animate and lead a workshop for instance
  • Open minded / creativity / collaborative
  • Trustful and Respectful
  • Agile and high adaptation skills

Languages:
English fluency is mandatory, good level of Spanish is required (B1 minimum)


Additional information Position based in Madrid for an initial period of 12 months, extendable once.**The V.I.E., an international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world. Becoming part of this program means going abroad to carry out a professional assignment for up to 24 months whilst benefiting from social care coverage and an interesting salary, which depends on the host country.
