Your Role & Responsibilities

Define strategic goals and direction for the company in terms of PPI and MPS
Make sure that the MPS and PPI business processes are followed company wide
Make sure that SFM meetings are effective and efficient in their respective area
Be the first contact point for ME team leaders for Escalations
Analyze training requirements of the employees at their respective area and deliver according to plan
Follow up with the team leaders performance metrics and report to the PPI supervisor
Proactively engage in shopfloor layouts and production units desing
Train necesary people to conduct MPS projects
Support the respective team with ideation, project selection, calculation of savings and act as the project champio

Your Skills & Strengths

Relevant profesional certificate / Engineering degree.
Experience in automotive (preferably).
Basic understanding of lean manufacturing concepts.
Understanding of HSE practies.
Proactive and flexible mindset.
Highly organized and structured way of working
Problem Solving skills and solution oriented work style
Understand and balance requirements
Good listening and communication. Trust building
Integrity and ethical behaviour. Signature authorization according to signature policy.
