What You'll Do:


As a Regional Capital Leader for Europe, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving exciting projects and initiatives specializing in Construction Design and Execution for Chemical Processing Plants.

You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.

Your work will directly impact the way we oversee and manage the planning, design, and execution of chemical processing plant construction projects in Europe.

You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.


What We're Looking For:


  • Prioritize safety on construction sites and implement safety protocols and promote environmentally friendly practices in construction projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of construction projects and collaborate with engineering teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
  • Develop and manage regional project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial guidelines and monitor regional project expenses and adjust budgets as necessary.
  • Stay current with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to chemical processing plant construction and ensure that all projects comply with environmental, safety, and zoning regulations.
  • Build and lead crossfunctional project team and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans and monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Implement regional quality control processes to ensure construction meets design specifications and conduct inspections and quality audits to maintain high standards.
  • Allocate resources efficiently, including labor, equipment, and materials and manage procurement processes for necessary supplies and materials.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while providing regular project updates and address client concerns.
  • Develop project schedules and timelines while monitoring progress and taking corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Skills That Make a Difference:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in construction management, especially in chemical processing plant projects.
  • Knowledge of chemical plant processes and equipment.
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the chemical processing industry.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Availability to travel within Europe.
