About The Role:


As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and explaining Cobee's value proposition to potential customers.

You'll work together with the Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to analyze the pipeline and define the best strategies to approach prospected and nurture them through the pipeline.

The position is based in Madrid.


Main challenges:


  • Manage the sales cycle, including contract negotiation and closing.
  • Focus on building and maintaining longterm, trusting relationships with accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Identify and develop new business within a predefined target of key prospect accounts.
  • Build relationships with companies.
  • Handover of the new customer to our Activation & Customer Success Team after the deal is closed.
  • You will become a trusted adviser for customers.

You are:


  • A good team player, resolutive and proactive. You don't need handholding to get things done.
  • Technically savvy: you know the ins and outs of all digital tools you use and you quickly understand and become an expert on any new tools you need to use.
  • Very well organized: you are able to prioritize, you keep yourself focused and you always pay attention to detail.
  • You are motivated by challenges, and you don't get easily overwhelmed when there are lots of things to do.
  • Native in Spanish and working proficiency in English.
  • Strong business acumen, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit determined to achieve the goals.

You have

  • You have proven experience working for a SaaS company, preferably in the HR industry.
  • 5+ years of quotacarrying B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Ability to proactively prospect new business.
  • Smart and fast learner, but humble enough to give and accept constructive feedback.
  • You have exceptional organization and planning skills.
  • You have high standards: you expect personal performance to be nothing short of the best.
  • You are a critical thinker and have a keen eye for troubleshooting.
  • Customeroriented and passionate about the continuous improvement of processes, as well as excellenceoriented.
