  • A product manager in Quibim is the person who identifies the customer needs and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill articulates what success looks like for a product and motivates a team to turn that vision into a reality. Building a strategic product roadmap that fits in with the company's overall strategy.

Your main tasks will be:

Working with the Head of Product and in multidisciplinary teams, Quibim's Product Manager will spend their time on a handful of tasks:

  • Understanding and representing user needs. Talk to as many internal stakeholders as you can. Understand the business model. Understand the history. Understand how different people are influenced. Understand how decisions are made.
  • Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses, by observing trends in the marketplace and identifying new potential outcomes to be supported by the product.
  • Defining a vision for a product.
  • Prioritizing product features and capabilities.
  • Support sales and adoption of the product, ensuring the product meets the needs of the value stream the product is involved with.
  • Setting product requirements and actively participating in the product squads.
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree, preferably related to healthcare or Biomedical.
  • Experience in defining product roadmaps and product requirements.
  • Expertise with AIsolutions and medical imaging.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical research methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, positive outlook and commitment to continuous learning and selfimprovement.
  • Strong commitment to delivering highquality work and upholding Quibim's values.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Integrity and proactivity.

Other skills that would be nice to have:

  • Understanding of GDPR and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Understanding of MDR and FDA regulations.
