Electronic Supplier Communication (m/w/d):

We are looking for a new colleague in the Materials Management department at our location in Vido / Spain.

Tasks:


  • Manage and execute the electronic supplier communications activities globally as well as define and execute roll out concepts to increase usage of eCommunication
  • Manage the onboarding process (suppliers/plants) with internal and external onboarding partners (e.g. shared services) incl. performance monitoring and improvement
  • Project management for eCommunication related projects, e.g. roll outs, migration, trainings, KPIs improvements, etc.
  • Define and provide trainings for new locations or at time of process changes
  • Contribute to the further development of eCommunication strategy and consult crossfunctions on eCommunication
  • Key contact person for SupplyOn, IT and service providers

Profile:


  • Degree as Bachelor of Supply Chain / IT / Business Administration or equivalent education
  • Experience in process management / IT / supply chain management / purchasing SupplyOn or comparable. Experience in Materials Management (purchasing or logistics) preferred
  • Project management knowledge and experience (as team member / project leader)
  • Fluent English language skills (speaking and writing) as well as good MS Office skills and knowledge of SAP ERP system
  • Ability to work in diverse global teams, to explain technical information (systems) to business and nontechnical stakeholders and the ability to analyze complex problems and recommend, develop, and implement automated solutions in a timely manner
  • Independent systematic work, strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, proactive, creativity and 'cando' attitude
