SCIB - SBGM is looking for a QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PPTS - ACCOUNTING & FINANCIAL REPORTING SENIOR ANALYST

WHAT YOU WILL DO AT WORK


As a
QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PPTS - ACCOUNTING & FINANCIAL REPORTING SENIOR ANALYST your objective will be to drive operational excellence, incorporating the principles and culture of continuous quality improvement in the execution of our
Accounting & Financial Reporting processes toward our customers.

We need someone like you to help us in different areas:

  • Analyze Quality KPIs providing holistic assessments to monitor the evolution of the quality of PPTs processes ensuring that the action plans are defined.
  • Analyze the operational incidents and other sources of information (feedback from the business, customers, internal audit, etc.) to have a consolidated view by process and area (identifying trends, root causes analysis, recurrence, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement on the processes and provide support to the Process Owners on the definition of action plans.
  • Identify, joined the Process Owner, processes that need to be reviewed and analyzed with an E2E approach to identify gaps on the execution of tasks and / or controls ensuring the definition of action plans including process redesigned.
  • Prioritization, together with the Squad team, of tactical and strategic initiatives defined by the teams, based on criticality and operational risk.
  • Contribution to SCIB's digitalization plan.
  • Establish a recurrent
    governance with the Accounting & Financial Reporting PPTs area to review the status of the Quality functions: incidents, processes, quality KPIs.

EXPERIENCE

  • A high level of expertise is required, with extensive experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting and System Administration processes, either in PPTS execution or control functions (510 years).

  • Prior participation in taskforces or similar working groups.
  • Fluent English (work is largely in English).
