In Getafe, we're looking for young graduates, interested in starting their career in Airbus, Finance Department, in a wide range of roles such as: Program Controlling, Bids Finance or Central Finance.

This opportunity will provide you with:

Requirements:

Recent Graduates in a degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics or equivalent
Excellent skills in relationship building, team building and collaborate across functions
Outstandings digital skills, especially in Excel and ERPs
Other skills such as Autonomy, Initiative and willingness will be highly valuable.
At least, 6 months of International experience will be highly valued
Negotiation level of English / sometimes G

The job holder will give support to the following tasks:

Coordinate key process of A400M Launch Contract Estimate At Completion (EAC) with global view of baseline and risk & opps
Drive deployment of digitalization solutions in controlling of Programme baseline and risk and opps
Run scenario analysis for top management decision making

- manages programme profit & loss - provides quantitative and qualitative data to support discussions and decision making at Management level. - provides performance against budgets/targets highlighting discrepancies and propose mitigation actions if needed. - challenges and supports business partner for all directorates in terms of financial and operational performance improvement. - steers the contributors through convergence processes resulting in target setting - manages risks & opportunities - fully supports business in key changes decisions ( business cases, rates, major modifications contributes to cash planning (Pre Deliveries/Advance Payments, European Technology Initiatives, CAPEX, inventory, supplier spend planning) - for development programs monitors program through Earned Value Management, together with business stakeholders Supports proposals & commercial deals - provides quantitative and qualitative financial data to prepare a winning proposal. - validates the consistency of financial content and financial risk exposure in the proposal and establish the Business Case. - challenges and supports Sales, Engineering and Program organisation on bid/no bid, pricing, target costing and T+C's.
