Your role
Effectively communicates sales and technical information with customers
Diagnoses and provides a path to resolving technical issues
Report and escalate new customer issues
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction Work with Tier 2 Generalists to resolve or properly close tickets
Manage an individual ticket queue

Why apply?

Fulltime (39 hours/week) and permanent contract
Salary: 18,025 euros gross/year + up to 1,800 euros of Performance bonus/year+ 2,000 euros of Language fixed bonus/year
Shift: Monday to Friday 09:00 18:00 or 11:00 20:00, Rotative Saturday and Sunday 10:00 18:00
Opportunity to join an international team
Start date: Immediate
Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)

You have

Native level of Dutch
Good level of English spoken and written
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in nontechnical terms)
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
Motivation to learn new hardware & software technical specifications
Some understanding of wireless networks (setting up wireless networks, troubleshooting, different operating systems) preferred
The period of holiday entitlement is fixed by mutual agreement between the company and the employee
