In the team of Global Talent Attraction, we take care of creating securing and deploying the Global stategy of Danone for Talent Attraction; We share it accross countries and help them to maximize it.

It is a international team, with top people based in Spain, Netherlands and France with amazing backgrounds and ready to share all their knowledge.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

Connect with countries on various employer branding topics
Create communication & engagement plans for internal use
Participate in global projects; such as the worldwide deployment of a brand new ATS for the company
Bring your own you, and willingness to share ideas for future projects and plans

About you

You have a huge interest in Talent Attraction, communications and Recruitment Marketing.
You have a bachelor degree in communication, business administration, marketing, or post grad on digital marketing, Digital HR...
Social media and digital marketing knowledge (KPI's, campaigns...)
Great communication skills.
High level of english C1 at least.
Advanced user on office package.
