Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Spain and Portugal
Manage a team of recruiters to source and hire top talent in the tech and beauty industries
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures that support company goals and objectives
Develop and manage employee programs, such as training and development initiatives and performance management systems
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
10+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 5 years in a people operations management role
Extensive knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese labor laws and regulations
Proven experience managing recruiters in the tech and beauty industries
Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese
