Boomi is searching for an experienced
Sales/GTM Recruiter based in
Barcelona, Spain.

This will be a site based role, you will be working from our office in Barcelona 3 days per week, and 2 days can be from home.

What You Will Do

Act as an advisor to Sales leadership with strong communication skills and a strategic mindset
Maintain data integrity within our ATS Greenhouse
Prioritize building diverse teams and ensuring a fair and equitable experience
Support the implementation of strategic recruitment initiatives

The Experience You Bring

3+ years fullcycle recruiting experience within Talent Acquisition Team
Experience and proven history of building and nurturing stakeholder relationships
Selfdriven and skilled at operating with a sense of urgency
Superior negotiating and closing skills and navigating complex offers
Process orientation, selforganized and detailoriented
Track record of sourcing and engaging Early In Career Sales Talent

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with Greenhouse, Workday, HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience in a highgrowth tech environment
Experience recruiting Sales positions, ideally within a SaaS organization
Fluent or native German skills would be 'the icing on the cake', but not essential
