Predoctoral & Postdoctoral positions
Group of Biomedical Research in Gynecology
VHIR seek a vacant position for a Predoctoral and Postdoctoral researcher in the Group of Biomedical Research in
Gynecology in order to develop a project in translational research in the area of diagnosis and personalized treatment of
as Juan de la Cierva, AECC investigator, Beatriz de Pinos, etc. (for postdoc positions); and AECC predoctoral, Doctorat
industrial, iPFIS, etc. (for predoctoral positions).

Education and qualifications:
Required:
- PhD in Biology, or similar sciences degrees
- Fluency in Catalan, Spanish, English (business level)
- Good marks and/or authorship in publications
- Passionate, proactive, willing to learn and committed

Experience and knowledge:
Required:
- Previous experience in a translational research group
- Skilled in data analysis***
Desired: - Experience in proteomics: mass spectrometry, ELISA
- Course of animal handling
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Participate in translational research projects to improve endometrial cancer and endometriosis diagnosis
- Personalized medicine projects on endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer and endometriosis using preclinical
- Collaborate with other projects of the group, by promoting fruitful discussions or by helping in experimental work
- Participate in general activities of the group
- Support the principal researcher in managerial activities
Labour conditions:
- Fulltime/Parttime position: 40h/week.
- Starting date: February 2023
