We are looking for a Senior IT Controller to operate within the Wolters Kluwer Digital Experience Group (*/dxg) Finance team.


Mission:


In this role you will be responsible for running a reliable and responsive IT Cost Modelling function that provides the CFO of */dxg and support the Management Team of */dxg with incisive, value-add financial support and analysis which facilitates effective decision making.


Responsibilities:


  • SME for IT cost management based on the concept of Technology Business Management (TBM).
  • Prepare and manage the calculation of the IT cost model, providing TCO figures for our Business divisions (customers) based on the products DxG develops and maintains for them.
  • Analyze incoming charges for external services from external suppliers and internal services from our IT infrastructure & operations division.
  • Participate in monthly closing process.
  • Report quarterly TCO on level of Business divisions and Products.
  • Participate in planning and forecasts to ensure that Business changes are properly embedded in financial planning.
  • Support in the further development of the IT cost model, based on new business needs and requirements.

Profile:


  • 10+ years of financial planning and business analysis experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess, research, interpret and analyze data.
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree

Other knowledge, skills, abilities or certifications preferred:

  • Fundamental knowledge of IT governance (CobiT), Business Information Management (BISL), Application Management (ASL), Project management (Agile PM, Prince2) and/or IT infrastructure management (IT4IT, ITIL)
  • Fundamental knowledge of data management, data integration and data modelling
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, Power Pivot and/or Power BI
  • Advanced skills in Cost Management tools is a pre
