A little bit about Flanks:

Flanks is a Barcelona-based fintech company focused on wealth management services.

Its main product is a SaaS solution that helps financial advisors, family offices and other institutions to have a holistic view of their clients' financial assets while using the latest scraping technology.

We're currently building the benchmark in the OpenWealth industry, and so far we managed to have compatibility with over
300 national and international entities.

Thanks to our clients, we continue to grow at a fast pace.

We have already more than
500,000 aggregated portfolios spread across nearly
300 entities and have positioned our business at break-even in less than a year.

In August 2021, Flanks raised €2.3 million in an investment round led by JME Ventures and SeedRocket 4Founders Capital. And a significant €7.5 million in August 2023, demonstrating confidence in our vision and capabilities.


We are pioneers in our market in Spain, which will certainly grow a lot in the next few months and years.

However, we are going to take a league leap in terms of the volumetry of the system, as our key focus now is to accelerate our market expansion in Europe and LatAm.

About the role:

We are in search of an exceptionally skilled Head of Marketing to direct our marketing strategies. You will champion our brand, ensuring that our company stands out and is revered.

Your proactive and hands-on approach will be pivotal in aligning our marketing initiatives with business goals and providing strategic advice to the leadership on all pertinent marketing matters.


  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities, track industry trends, and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with the product team to define marketing strategies for new product launches or features.
  • Define and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials. Manage the reputation of the company in the market.
  • Oversee the development of content for the company's website, blog, whitepapers, and case studies. Ensure all content is SEOoptimised.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant B2B platforms.
  • Build relationships with key industry journalists and digital media. Secure media placements and handle crisis communication when necessary.
  • Oversee the company's presence on relevant social media platforms, ensuring regular and meaningful engagement with the audience.
  • Organise and attend industry events, conferences, and webinars. Represent the company and network with potential clients and partners.
  • Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all campaigns and initiatives.

Things we'd love to see on you:


  • You live in Barcelona City and/or close enough to work at the office twice/three times a week. Living in Spain is a mandatory requirement, and a nonnegotiable requirement.
  • Likewise, we can't offer a relocation package and/or working visa.

You have working English and Spanish proficiency

  • Experience in Fintech B2B SaaS Enterprise companies is a plus
  • Handson experience with platforms like Pipedrive, automating marketing tasks and driving customer engagement.
  • Expertise in allocating and managing marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring ROI and costeffectiveness.
  • Proven track record of organising and promoting successful online and offline events, driving brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
  • Proven ability to design, execute, and monitor performance of multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • We will be helping you to grow, so don't worry if you don't check all the boxes

What can we offer:

We offer what we think is fair compensation (from
35K to
45K€ per year for this role). We're on top of the market, but our intention is to increase compensation as the company grows. You will not be left behind. We believe this is a really nice time to join the project.
This is a full-time, permanent contract.
