Job Description:


The Solution Consulting team is seeking a solution consultant frontline enablement associate who will work to enhance the sustainability knowledge and solution expertise of our over 400 Frontline Team ( EcoVadis Sales and Customer Success team).


This transversal role is pivotal to the sales process and customer experience, requiring coordination with multiple colleagues across various teams, including Frontline Enablement, People Growth and Solution teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and produce training content that enables the frontline team to execute the core aspects of their daily tasks more effectively.
  • Ownership and governance of the frontline team learning plan.
  • Coordinate, facilitate and deliver effective training to frontline teams on EcoVadis solution updates.
  • Work in partnership with the entire Solution Consulting team to continuously support frontline teams, prospects and customers to better understand EcoVadis solution capabilities in relation to their sustainability program expectations
  • Coordinate and maintain the procedures associated to the implementation of the frontline training plan
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders crossfunctionally to execute training plan objectives, in particular with the Frontline Enablement and HR Growth team.
  • Organize and maintain the Solution Consulting internal landing page.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Demonstrable experience, expertise and passion for sustainability
  • 2yrs+ experience in a learning and development, ideally in a SaaS environment or related position
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment to achieve outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, another language is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills; ability to quickly build strong partnerships and effectively communicate needs and challenges.
  • Experience creating and delivering training and content including presentations, decks, and videos.
  • Advanced presentation design skills are essential.
  • Proven project and time management skills in an environment where you may be contributing to several projects simultaneously
  • Bestinclass organizational skills, encompassing the ability to multitask and tailor content to different audiences and for different purposes and, a strong ownershipethic
  • Open minded, curious and enthusiastic
