SANTANDER DIGITAL SERVICES is looking for a Microsoft Technical Lead based in our Boadilla office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


As a
Microsoft Technical Lead , you will be in charge of the Power Platform, Teams phone Systems and to analyze the most relevant technology updates in Office 365 products.

Also you will be in charge the management of technical changes and incidents on the mentioned services
.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

  • Lead the Microsoft PowerPlatform at technical level (Power BI, Power Apps, etc )
  • Lead and manage the Voice 365 (teams phone system) platform.
  • Analyze and plan the implementation of Microsoft 365 product updates
  • Improve the technical documentation and administration tasks for the technology.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 4 years working with any Microsoft technology. SharePoint background will be considered as SharePoint is one of the Core of Office 36
  • Minimum 5 years working in IT services.

EDUCATION

  • Knowledge in the skills required, or academic background: Science Computer.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Communications capacities to talk with technical teams.
  • Microsoft Products: SharePoint, PowerPlatform, Exchange, etc
  • IT incidents and changes management
  • Hard Skills:
  • SharePoint.
  • IT change and Incident management.
  • IT service management.
  • Power Platform.
  • Soft skills:
  • Interest in Microsoft technologies.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Teamwork. You will be part of a 100% agile team.
  • Language:
  • English.
  • Spanish.
