    Descripción

    We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Recruiter who is ready for a new adventure This unique position offers an initial 4 months training program in Greece, with fully paid relocation. After the completion of the training, you can choose to work from any corner of the world, making this a truly remote role

    Role Description

    As a Dutch Speaking Recruiter, your daily duties will include sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews utilizing various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods. You will play an important role in implementing overall recruiting strategy, provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team, and promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

    Requirements

    • Fluency in Dutch and English
    • Previous experience in a HR Recruiting role
    • Strong decision-making skills
    • Ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills
