Research activities; including synthesis, processing, characterisation and testing of different electrodes, electrolytes, cells and stacks.

Innovation: participation in the formulation of new strategic research objectives.
Communication and dissemination activities: writing scientific reports and articles, presenting research results in high impact factor scientific journals and at national and international conferences.
Funding: contributing to the preparation of research proposals for different national and European programmes (Horizon Europe, State Plan, Regional Plan, Proof of Concept Projects, etc.).

Networking:
establishing collaborations with other research groups (internal and external).

Requisitos

It is required that the selected person has:

Master's degree in one of the following disciplines: materials science and engineering, electrochemistry, chemistry, chemical engineering or similar.
Bachelor's degree in materials science and engineering, electrochemistry, chemistry, chemical engineering or similar.
Experience in laboratory work.
Experience with some diffraction, microscopic and spectroscopic characterisation techniques for structural and microstructural characterisation; such as: Xray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Xray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).
Experience with some thermal analysis methods; such as: thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential thermal analysis (DTA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), dilatometry and thermomechanical expansion.
Excellent oral and written skills in English.
Commitment to open science in terms of research methods, data and publications.
Ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, flexible and with good communication skills.
