  • Purpose:
  • DIGITAL TECH is providing the technical solutions to the fast growth adidas digital business, we create the vision, design, build and operate everything related to adidas digital B2C business. This includes online stores for all markets, both web and app, and everything related to digital marketing. Similarly, we build and operate our hype events platforms and digital retail.
We create MULTICHANNEL CORE COMMERCE CAPABILITIES that provide the essential backend functionalities to adidas digital business. Content data management, product data distribution to our digital channels are part of our scope.- Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, executing, and optimizing the team structure and composition for efficiency and productivity

E2E delivery of prioritized backlog / initiatives across single or multiple teams, ensuring best delivery process is in place and continuously improved.

Ensure that we have high performing teams with the right people, culture and governance. Define and measure success and efficiency.
Stakeholder management, providing transparency and vision of the actual delivery of the strategy.- What if I don't check all the boxes?
It's ok if some of the technology or terminology mentioned here are new for you. We'll happily teach you.

  • Delivery lead for our InfoSec projects, with accountability for the delivery, budget, and process.
  • Strong Project / Program manager to work together with a talented and diverse team in charge of delivering world class product, content and personalized digital experiences.
  • A positive and dynamic leader, able to navigate change and uncertainty.
  • Experience creating highly scalable, reliable and performant organizations with both internal and external people and building high performing teams
  • Experience managing stakeholders, both within and outside the company as well as defining and maintaining midlong term relationships with external partners
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem solving skills and hands on attitude.
  • Min. 7 years of IT experience
  • 5 years of experience in agile team management including remote teams.
  • Growth mindset and Motivation to never stop learning in the digital IT space.
  • College or university degree with focus on Computer Science, Information Security or equivalent.
  • Nice to have but not mandatory
  • Experience with Information Security Projects
  • Experience with defining and using OKRs as a method for goal setting and driving alignment
  • People management experience.
  • Productled organization and / or entrepreneurial background.
  • Certifications (PMP, Agile)
