About our history: 3 Years ago, ADP started our Digital Sales Hub in Barcelona. In those three years the team grew from a handful of associates to a 150+ employee center. We have built up a new business sales team within ADP from the ground up.
About the role
ADP is a leading provider of Payroll, HCM, Time & Attendance Services, and software for multi-country companies.
ADP is continuously innovating our services and products in this market, which provides great growth opportunities for our clients and selling opportunities for ADP Sales reps.
Your job will be to build a commercial relationship with these prospects, gain access by using the phone, Webex, LinkedIn and your own talents and then present and sell services that are of great benefit to these companies from the ADP portfolio.
In this role you will be part of an international team of successful salespeople with different cultural backgrounds.
Located in our Barcelona hub in Spain, the team is built up by experienced people, who like to work hard, play hard and have fun along the way.

Things You'll Do- Drive our business forward by reaching and exceeding your sales goals.
- Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans. Build relationships with potential clients, uncover the true needs of their business, and recommend the right ADP products and services.
- Collaborate daily with both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining good relations.
- Demonstrated sales experience, making territory plans, targeting verticals, outbound sales activity, persistent, good listener, and selfmotivated.
- Experience in client needs with solutions and presenting in an engaging and effective way and closing deals
- Experience with LinkedIn sales navigator, PowerPoint, Salesforce & virtual meeting platforms
- A goaloriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.
- Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.
- Strong virtual communication skills
- Very Fluent in French and Fluent in English
- Highly competitive salary and benefits package (uncapped commission, double your commission once you reach 100% anual sales quota)
