ESSP is a young and dynamic company, a
pan European service provider, certified by EASA (the European Union Aviation Safety Agency) to deliver safety-critical services.

Our mission is to operate and provide
Communication, Navigation and Surveillance(CNS) services, among which, the main one is, the
EGNOS service (the European Geostationary Navigation Overlay Service), on behalf of the EUSPA (the European Agency for Space).


We are recruiting a:

CUSTOMER INTERFACE ENGINEER - (F/M)


We are looking for a
Customer Interface Engineer who will Provide support to EGNOS Service Leader for the management of the
Customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) and related
Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting and meetings.


We are looking for an Engineer with
3 years of professional experience in
space or aeronautical domain in an
international/European environment and with
Software development skills.

Your main responsibilities/activities will be:


  • Support the EGNOS Service Leader for customer Service Level Agreement and KPI management:
  • Maintenance and evolution of the
    KPI Monitoring Plan including the
    Customer SLA and
    related KPI reporting, monitoring and analysis,
  • Preparation of and
    Service Provision Management Reports,
  • Participation and contribution to and
    Service Provision Management Meetings.
  • Support the
    Customer and Data Services Team in EDAS and CNS NOTAM proposals and Maritime Service Interface (MSI) related operation, maintenance, monitoring, evolution or reporting.
  • Support
    to software development activities, as needed according to service/business needs.
  • Support to promotion activities related to EDAS, CNS NOTAM proposals and Maritime Service Interface (MSI) services, as well as the implementation of actions in the scope of the EGNOS Multimodal Action Plan.
  • EDAS: EGNOS Data Access Service
  • MSI: Maritime Service Interface
  • CNS: Communication Navigation Surveillance
  • NOTAM: Notices to Airmen

PROFILE:


  • Experience in
    customer interfaces:
  • Reporting and
    Service Level Agreements management:
  • Good knowledge of the
    EGNOS Services, SBAS systems archicture and user algorithms.
  • Experience in
    software development activities (at least company internal).
  • Good communication skills and team player spirit
  • Strong autonomy and initiative and able to synthesize

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Engineering degree or equivalent:


  • Availability for
    regular travels, mainly
    in Europe
