Support to HR in all matters of the labor legal area (and related matters)
Management of professional classification processes / VPT and promotion processes.

Effective support of Human Resources operations to those of the dedicated areas, to achieve their objectives, and spend the best resources for the operations / departments.

Support to the management to resolve operational issues from the human resources field.


Main responsibilities:


Control and monitoring of labor disputes and labour inspections (working hours, professional classification, dismissals and sanctions, etc.) in all Nissan Motor Ibérica centers.

Control and follow-up with internal clients (HR Business Partner and others) and external lawyers of queries and requests of a labor and related nature (personal income tax, risk prevention, etc.)

Control and monitoring of economic risks from HR Legal matters and the costs of external legal services, coordination of information for Finance and auditors.

Interlocutor with the management of the assigned areas, taking responsibility for the daily operational issues of human resources.
Management Advisor on Human Resources and Organization issues.
Responsible for the daily management of Labor Relations.

Responsible for the effective, successful and timely execution of the Talent Management processes in the departments (Performance Evaluation, Succession Plans, Career Development, Evaluation, Training, Recruitment processes,...).

Responsible for the effective, successful and timely execution of the Resource Management, Compensation and Benefits processes in the plants (salary review, promotions, job qualification, personnel management, contract management,...) according to NMISA policies.

Provision of the right staff for your area of responsibility with the best available resources within the agreed budget and headcount.

Coordination of Work Commissions with local work council.

Coordination of the processes of professional classification and evaluation of jobs in all the Company's work centres, using the existing manuals (Nissan Manual and Renault Manual for Ávila), analysis and evaluation of all positions based on management an VPT commission requests.

Coordination of the promotion processes (collective agreement) in all its phases.


Minimum Education and Qualifications:

Graduate in Law, Labor relations
Experience in Human Resources department using tools and Union relationship.
Local labour law knowledge is a must
Valuable postgraduate legal training.
High internal customer service orientation.

Languages:
English and Spanish fluent
