Job Description:

Support in test activities related to battery tests, the main activities are:

Subcontracting of main testing services
Management of petitions to suppliers
Controlling of inventory
Administrative support in general tasks (monitoring and controlling)
Support in clients' visits

Qualifications:

Professional training in Administration (or similar).
Computer literacy. High command of the Office package.
Practice task prioritization.
Organizational skills.
Good analytical skills and details oriented.
Good capacity of team working and proactive attitude.
Verbal and written communication skills.

Languages

Fluent in English.
German would be appreciated
