The Senior Program Manager leads and develops the Inbound Flow Management Program for our European Fulfillment Centers in a cross-functional environment with Operations, Supply Chain and PE stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
The Senior Program Manager develops simple and repeatable procedures to optimize FC Inbound workflow management. Must be able to quickly understand the Inbound operational procedures and identify opportunities in the process. Applies rigorous analytical approach to drive continuous improvement.

Owns end to end process improvement delivery, from design to rollout. Makes optimal trade-offs between schedule, resources and scope, applies advanced operational knowledge to address major challenges and obstacles. Partners with Operations to test and roll out solutions. Effectively prioritizes projects and features, while evaluating and setting stakeholders expectations.

Communicate with internal customers (Operations, Finance, PE, ACES, Supply Chain). Drives clarity on the scope, influence priorities and resources for the process improvement roadmap.
