About this opportunity
The Benefits & Compensation Operations Coordinator will oversee and manage EMEA's employee benefit and compensation administrative/operational activities.

You will be responsible for coordinating insurance renewals, managing employee census data, facilitating communication between various stakeholders, including senior management and external vendors, and working closely with HR, Finance, and other relevant departments.

The incumbent will be a member of the HR Operations team and report directly to the Director, Global Benefits and Mobility.


In this role, you will

  • Administer all aspects of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other benefits;
  • Manage new supplier process and relationships with benefits vendors;
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and consistency in benefits and compensation administration processes;
  • Monitor developments in the field of employee benefits, including changes in regulations, emerging best practices, and market trends;
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and costsaving initiatives based on industry insights;
  • Oversee purchasing process, including generating purchase orders and follow up on any approvals required;
  • Support with the annual compensation review process, and other compensation administrative tasks.

In this role, you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in HR or Business Economics
  • 12 years' (international) Benefits & Compensation Operations/Administration or HR Operations experience preferred, gained in a U.S. multinational or international company.
  • Knowledge of benefits and compensation concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Knowledge of benefits and compensation administration
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency with SAP and Workday preferred
  • Excellent oral and writing skills in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors and employees at all levels of the organization
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Team player
