About the Role:


The Replenishment Planner is responsible for optimizing the replenishment plan on cluster/category product level, that is, ensuring appropriate safety stock levels are maintained at the IDC warehouses and handling the operational tasks connected to this plan.

What You Will Do:


  • Review and execute system proposals (TLB) to distribute products through the supply chain in the most efficient way and fill up stock points
  • Maximizing direct ship opportunities from manufacturing locations and copacking locations
  • In case of stock allocation, track that execution is performed correctly
  • Master data maintenance
  • Identify possible gaps and escalate to the replenishment cluster leads
  • Close communication with distribution to ensure that the replenishment process is correctly conducted.

Who You Are:


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or in a related technical field
  • English fluent
  • Valuable 2 years of experience in Supply planning and / or Replenishment planning
  • Experience working in a manufacturing it is valuable
  • Good IT skills: MS Office, SAP, planning systems, etc
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to create alternative supply scenarios
  • Ability to effectively manage expected and unexpected changes in the plan, under time constraints and limited information
