What's the position about?
As a
Digital Performace your mission will be to optimize and maximize the performance of our digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives

For this position it will be essential that you are up to date with the latest trends, technologies in digital marketing, performance and online advertising.

What profile are we looking for?

Between 3 and 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing specialist.
Training in Digital Marketing, Web Analytics or similar higher education.
Solid knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
Proficiency in SEO and website optimization. Analytical skills and ability to interpret data and with it, make necessary strategic adjustments and make the best decisions.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Catalan, Spanish and English. Ability to generate new approaches, ideas, to create new designs and texts for digital advertising.
Orientation to teamwork and collaboration with all departments of the #MondayTeam.

You will succeed in achieving the desired business objectives. How? By boosting the performance of our digital marketing strategy.
You will manage the annual budget allocated to the implementation of digital campaigns and projects.

You will analyze and evaluate the performance of digital campaigns on a daily basis, using tools and metrics to identify where we can improve and look for growth opportunities.

Benchmarking:
you will conduct market research to understand current trends, know and know what the competition is doing
You'll stay up to date on the latest trends, technologies in digital marketing, performance and online advertising.
You will give free rein to your ingenuity, you will make creativities and designs for digital ads.

Full-time schedule from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
